Where can I check these products out in the real world?

How long will my order take?

 

If an item is currently not in stock please allow 6-8 weeks for production (depending on the product). Alternatively get in contact for item specific lead times.

Can I get a custom material, size or colour?

 

Yes, as products are designed locally please get in contact to discuss any variations that would be of interest to you. 

Can I place an order internationally?

 

Yes, please get in contact for a quote request on any items. Note that on all lighting products a qualified electrician will be required for installation.

How are items dispatched?

 

All items will be dispatched via courier / registered carrier and therefor can't be delivered to Australian PO boxes.

All items are covered by a warranty and your purchase is guaranteed against manufacturing defects or product failure.

 

If you have a change of mind, receive damaged goods or need a replacement product for any reason get in contact and we can work to resolve any issues.
