Warranty & Quality Guarantee
All items are covered by a warranty and your purchase is guaranteed against manufacturing defects or product failure.
A standard three (3) year structural warranty is offered on all our lighting products and a standard five (5) year structural warranty on furniture items.

If you are not satisfied with an item or need to submit a warranty claim this must be done so in writing.

Please note the warranty does not cover the following:
​
- Damage from misuse or mishandling of products.
- Alterations undertaken by third parties.
- Goods being not used as instructed or intended.
- Products being installed by non-qualified persons.
- Labor, servicing, transport or replacement part costs.
- Normal wear and tear or accidental damage.

Colours & Variations
Due to variations in computer and phone screens colours may appear different to real life and can not be guaranteed. Due to items being hand crafted or hand finished there will also be slight surface & colour variations than those products pictured.
Surface Finishes
Please take note on caring for your products. All items are intended for indoor use only. Powder coat finishes are not 100% protected against corrosion and are not recommended for use in harsh environments.

Return Policy

Custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and non-refundable. Any returned items must be received in 'like new' condition and within 30 days of purchase.
